Welcome to Gulf Coast Homes & Remodeling, a premier residential construction and remodeling company. I am Brett, the owner-operator of Gulf Coast Homes & Remodeling LLC. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management with Magna Cum Laude honors and a Certified Residential Contractor License (#CRC1334411).

My extensive experience includes serving as a Project Manager for a local award-winning custom home builder, overseeing new construction and renovation projects for multi-level waterfront properties, including elevated slab homes.



Additionally, I bring a strong background in leadership and discipline from my six years in the United States Army. I initially served with the 3rd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, and later re-enlisted while deployed to Afghanistan to support the 10th Special Forces Group at Fort Carson, Colorado, where I concluded my military service.
